Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

All orders domestic are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Complimentary free standard shipping on all orders over $99AUD, except international orders. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout. Shipping applies to international orders. 

All orders are fully traceable on our website. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

Pâeez Candles ships to Australia, USA, Canada, China, United Kingdom, Irland, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Spain, Greece, Italy, and France.

Return & Exchange Policy

Pâeez Candles follows The ACCC (Australian Competition & Consumer Commission) law and principles on refunds and returns.

We will process data regarding your contact details and previous purchases and returns online (product, price, and date of purchase) after the purchase. The information will be processed for the following purposes:

Administering returns and complaints. The processing is based on our legitimate interest to provide our members with speedy and efficient service after the purchase. Allowing you to keep track of your purchases and returns by logging into your account and E-mail. For the purpose of sending out invitations to special events/promotions, personalized services in store, and profiled marketing offers through email, SMS, letters, telephone, WeChat, Whatsapp, and other social media. You can opt out whenever.

Important information on returns

We accept returns within 30 days of despatch, provided products are unused and in a resalable condition. Please note shipping costs for returns/exchanges are at the customer's own expense. We recommend using a registered service for returns. To enquire about making a return or exchange, please email with your order number and details of the item/s you'd like to return.

Pâeez Candles reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.

If your candle is broken during transit send us an email with your order number and we'll either give you a full refund or send you a new item.
