  • What does Paeez mean?
    Paeez means Fall/Autumn (the season) in Persian language.
  • How long does standard delivery take?
    Domestic shipping takes 3-7 business days and international shipping takes 14-20 business days.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email from us with your tracking details. If you haven't received this, please check your junk mail. If you need to get in contact with us about the whereabouts of your order, please email info@paeezcandles.com
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Paeez Candles ships to: Australia, USA, Canada, China, United Kingdom, Irland, New Zealand, Dubai, Abu-Dhabi, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Spain, Italy, Greece and France.
  • How much fragrance do you use in your candles?
    All Páeez Candles are made with love and care in Melbourne Australia. We use 100% soy wax in our candles and all candles have 10% fragrance. All our fragrances are made from artisan fragrance makers to create the most luxurious and strong scented fragrances.
  • Why 100% Soy?
    Soy is naturally derived, non-toxic, long lasting and gives you a clean burn. No animal products or animal-derived ingredients. Carcinogen- Free. Mutagen- Free. Phthalate- Free. It also makes the candles highly fragrant (and highly addictive). Better for the enviroment, better for you.
  • Are you going to launch new candles? I want more fragrances!
